Due to unavoidable delays in the completion of the utility ground work for the 4th Phase of Fraser River Park, the construction of our next show home, The Yorkshire, has been postponed until the Spring of 2008. We do, however, anticipate that construction of this exciting new show home will be completed by Fall of 2008. In addition to the quality and refinement expected from an Urbanity home, the Yorkshire is a 1618 sq. ft. bungalow, which promises to offer even more spectacular features. We will announce the grand opening once the date is confirmed.
